I got my Goal Zero unit set up without too much hassle, and the basic steps were straightforward. I didn’t have to look much up, which was nice. That said, some parts of the app were a little confusing, and the cable labels could definitely be clearer. I ended up guessing a bit more than I’d like. It’s working fine now, but if the setup experience doesn’t get smoother, I might consider going with a different brand next time.

The stuff they carry is good quality, so no complaints there. But every time I find something I actually want, it’s somehow out of stock. Maybe I just have bad timing, or maybe there’s a secret group buying up all the good gear before the rest of us can get to it. Either way, I’d shop here more if the things I wanted were actually available.

Checkout went smoothly for me, so no issues there. It’s not a bad site, just could be a bit simpler to navigate...

My Goal Zero charger has been such a lifesaver. It charges my phone faster than I thought it would, which made me weirdly excited the first time I used it.
